The aim of the first output is the development of two Qualification Frameworks consisting of units and learning outcomes. The first Qualification Framework targets Higher education students, while the second targets VET students. The innovative nature of this IO lies in the creation of a learning outcomes list for a soft and transversal competence (empathy) to be adopted by the healthcare sector.
